Q. How do I create a tournament? Tap the + button at the bottom of the home screen, then follow the steps to set up your tournament.

Q. How do I vote? Open any tournament card on the home screen and tap "Vote Now" to start picking your winner round by round.

Q. How do I cancel my PICKD Plus subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PICKD Plus → Cancel.

Q. How do I delete my account? Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Q. How do I report inappropriate content? Tap the ... menu on any content or comment, then select Report.

Q. I forgot my password. What should I do? On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" to receive a reset link via email.
